Frequently asked

FAQ

Everything about ordering custom jewelry boxes — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 units for foil-stamped or blind-debossed styles. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for multi-store retail rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical box before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix box styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Ring Box for the case and a Jewelry Set Box for bridal party gifting — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, box colors, and die-line specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both box color and foil so your jewelry boxes match your brand exactly.
Can you individually personalize each box?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or initials and we can personalize boxes individually — common for bridal party gifts and VIP client orders.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; multi-compartment jewelry set boxes and travel cases sit toward the higher end of that window.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a launch date or a firm event deadline — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because boxes ship flat-packed where possible, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — common for multi-store retailers.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do jewelry boxes cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $2.25 to $7.50 per unit depending on style and decoration, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, box style, color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established retailers and organizations.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?
Matte Black, Ivory White, Champagne Gold, Blush Pink, Emerald Green, and Navy Blue, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the foil stamping or debossing really permanent?
Yes. Both are pressed into the leatherette during production — foil stamping fuses a metallic finish to the surface and blind debossing presses the mark into the material itself, so neither peels, rubs off, or fades with normal handling.
What are the boxes made of?
Rigid chipboard wrapped in leatherette, with a velvet or satin interior lining — sturdy enough to hold its shape through repeated opening, not a folding paperboard box.
How do I care for the boxes?
Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth; avoid prolonged direct sunlight and moisture, which can dull leatherette finishes and velvet linings over time.
Can I get a two-tone interior and exterior?
Yes. Many brands choose a contrasting interior lining — for example a Matte Black exterior with a Blush Pink interior — for a two-tone reveal on opening.
