Production & timelines
Production begins once you approve your mockup. Standard production typically takes about three weeks, and multi-compartment jewelry set boxes or travel cases can sit toward the higher end of that window. These are estimates that vary by order size, decoration method, and current volume. Rush production may be available for a launch date or a firm event deadline — ask us for a target date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity and destination and is typically added to your final invoice. Costs vary by carrier, packaging weight, and destination.
Delivery & tracking
Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. We provide tracking once your order ships. We ship nationwide across the United States, and internationally on request.
Multiple destinations
We can split a single order across multiple addresses — provide a distribution list with your order, useful for retailers ordering across several store locations.
